This is one of Invicta’s early models. This model is still a reasonable size at 40mm. Unless you have enormous wrists, the current line wearing at 45-54 mm is just too large. Invicta hit the sweet spot with this one! Also, there is no comparison to form and function. The case is platinum polished which really makes is shine. This does however allow it to show every blemish. Considering this is a pre-owned watch the blemishes are evident but minimal. The dial on this watch is gorgeous and there is so much going on, yes it is visibly stunning. This dial has a full calendar (Day, Month, year) with 2 windows below 12 o’clock for day and month. On outer perimeter of dial is date and this is told by a large red hand ending in a crescent. Additionally full chronograph functionality with 3 subdials: left showing 30 minute register, right showing seconds and bottom showing 10ths of a second. The chronograph seconds hand is the large arrow hand from center. This is all accomplished with one of the most complex quartz movements ever produced. The Ronda 5040 F. This is a 13 jeweled movement and is working at time of listing. New Battery installed November of 2022. The continue on dial, the base is a Gibeon meteorite. This is billions of years old and when Invicta put it on this early model, they were one of the first to use it for watch dials. Gibeon is supposed to have more Nickel and less iron content so will not rust. The sub dials of the watch and the outer minute track are in mother-of pearl, subtle difference from main dial but colors and patterns are sensational! If this is not enough, Invicta added a diamond bezel with 2 concentric rows of real diamonds adding up to 1.5 TCW (152 diamonds). This watch is definitely a head turner and conversation piece.
